The passion of a traditional craft
Founded in 1989, the Doreau today has 2 cooperages: Doreau and Vernou. It has two sawmills and two production centers; one in Cognac where the barrels are produced and the other in Sigogne, with large containers such as Tinas and Foudres.
The Doreau cooperage controls all stages of production, from the forest, the =sawmill, the natural drying and the subsequent manufacture. Each barrel in the collection has harmomious tasting for each type of wine.
Benefits
Communication and tastings between AZ3Oeno, Doreau and the customer are regular tastings allowing the wood, toasting and volume to be adapted to the style of the wines defined.
