Transport and unloading
By hand or machine? What distance is traveled from the vineyards to the winery and under what conditions (time, temperature, phase separation, O2, pressure, etc)?
These are questions we need to ask ourselves when designing the facilities for receiving the grape at the winery.
The vibrating systems of Sthik trailers and hoppers allow a delicate transport of the grapes and a discharge at constant flow, without trauma, suitable for direct feeding in the subsequent processes (washing, selection, destemming, etc).
