In compliance with current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, with special reference to Eu Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data ("RGPD") and Organic Law 3/2018,  of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights ("LOPDP"), users are informed that the personal data they provide by email, sent through forms, private areas, or by any other means located on this website will be incorporated into AZ3 Oeno data processing systems,  S.L., Responsible for the Treatment (NIF: ES-B20700290), in order to attend to the queries and requests received, contact you, manage the requested services, professional and commercial relations and the functions and legitimate interests of its activity, as well as for the sending of newsletters and news to which it has been able to subscribe and for the sending of future professional and commercial communications that may be of interest to you.

The acceptance of this privacy policy necessarily entails the express consent for the data processing described, and may be kept without limitation in time for the purposes described in the previous paragraph, unless you indicate otherwise.

The user who provides their curriculum vitae through this website, forms, email or similar mechanisms, grants their express consent for the inclusion of their data in the data processing called "Resumes and Personnel Selection". Your data may be used in order to make you participate in future personnel selection processes of the company. Likewise, your data may be transferred to external companies that the Data Controller hires to carry out personnel selection processes.

12. JURISDICTION

The relations established between AZ3 Oeno, S.L. and the user will be governed by the provisions of current regulations regarding the applicable legislation and the competent jurisdiction. However, for cases in which the regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, AZ3 Oeno, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa).
