Yeast for making complex and fruity red wines.
La Raffiné is a yeast selected for its capacity to produce fruity red wines. Selected by Sofralab. Masks the vegetal character of varieties with methoxypyrazines.
It particularly develops red varieties rich in methoxypyrazines, and grapes with a low degree of maturity.
