It is a yeast particularly recognized for its ability to produce fermentative esters, with aromas of fruits and flowers, giving rise to wines with a very fresh style.

Presentation

  • Yeast & nbsp; Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
  • To obtain its maximum expression, it is recommended to ferment at low temperatures (14-16 ºC).
  • High enzyme acetyl transferase activity for the production of esters in fermentation.

Yeast for the production of aromatic white and rosé wines, from neutral grape varieties.
