Levuline C19
Fragrant, pure and clean white wines and rosés with a therpenic profile
Levuline C19 is the result of crossing two well-known yeasts: Levuline CHP and ALS. The first is known for its fermenting capacity. The second reveals aromas of the terpenic profile and helps the expression of certain thiols.
Yeast selected by the National Institute for Agronomic Research (INRA) of Colmar. Develops the terpenic varietal aromas of flowers and citrus.

Applications
- Recommended for white wines with a varietal profile.
- For the same variety with heterogeneous maturation.
- It is also used to make rosés.
