Yeast protein extract for refinement respecting the wine

Phylia® EPL is the result of years of research on refining musts and wines using yeast proteins. The study and development of PHYLIA® EPL has been the subject of a doctoral thesis carried out in collaboration with the Hochschule Geisenheim university.

Phylia® EPL is based on an innovative industrial process that allows for the extraction, concentration and conservation of native yeast proteins. Said process allows, from a yeast selected for winemaking, for a relevant cytoplasm extract to be obtained for the application concerned.
