Benefits
OENOVEGAN® MICRO is used to control the development of Brettanomyces and reduce their population, thanks to its special chitosan-based formulation. Chitosan is derived from chitin, a component of the cell wall of Aspergillus niger, which can be sued to control the development of the majority of microorganisms that alter wine.
It is a product for clarification and contains no elements of animal origin. It can be used to produce vegan wines.
Applications
DOSE: FROM 2 TO 10 G/HL, DEPENDING ON THE MICROBIOLOGICAL RISK. MAXIMUM LEGAL DOSE ACCORDING TO CURRENT EUROPEAN REGULATIONS: 18 G/HL.
