SR gum is made up of stable macromolecules that provide sweetness and fat in wine

SR GUM is a preparation based on ultrafiltered arabic gum, at a concentration of 200g/L, stabilized with 0.4% SO2. This product comes from a selection of the best Seyal arabic gums. These conditions allow for an almost colorless gum, with very low turbidity.
