Oenovegan® F does not contain protein substances of animal origin, so it can be used in wines designed for vegan consumers. Oenovegan® F allows for quality flotation, preserving the varietal characteristics of the must.
The vegetable proteins in Oenovegan® F are obtained from legume proteins and chitin derivatives of Aspergillus Niger.
