Phylia® LF

It is a partial yeast autolyzate that releases mannoproteins and polysaccharides in wine over time.

Phylia® LF is a preparation based on barks from a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae rich in parietal polysaccharides (mannoproteins and glycoproteins). Thanks to a previous treatment of the rinds, an important part of these macromolecules is in soluble form, another part needs a contact time to be transferred to the wine.
