Applications

It can be used in red wines, white wines and rosé wines, ready to be bottled.

Their action is almost instantaneous.

White and rosé wines must be protein stable before the addition of KYLMA® PURE.

  • Recommended dose: 2.5 to 5 cL/hL
  • Maximum legal dose according to the European regulations in force: 5 cL/hL
